Before Moveat

How long does it take?

Moveat Original

Moveat Original often takes 4-5 hours. Each event has a specific starting point, and when you book your ticket, you choose the starting time. At the starting point, you get your Moveat bracelet and your first taste portion.

 

Moveat Anytime

Moveat Anytime often takes 4-5 hours. When you book your ticket, you decide which day it is valid for. A general validity period is on your ticket, but sometimes some tasting stops may be open longer or shorter than the general time. You start with an optional tasting stop, and we recommend starting well in advance, so you have time to visit all the stops. You will find each tasting stop's opening hours in the Moveat app.

 

Moveat Limited

All Moveat Limited are unique, and therefore the times for the different events vary. Read more under each event for information on when they start and end.

What is included in the ticket?

In the ticket to Moveat Original and Moveat Anytime includes a tasting portion of food at each tasting stop. Drinks are usually sold in both large and small glasses. What is included in your Moveat Limited varies, but is clearly stated in the information for each event.

I'm vegan, vegetarian or flexitarian. What are the possibilities?

We love plant-based food, and at most of our events, a vegan alternative is offered for all taste buds. When you buy your ticket, you see if you get the opportunity to choose vegan. Moveat Original always offers vegan food.

 

We offer two types of tickets: Ordinary or vegan. Are you vegetarians, flexitarians or something in between, you have to choose between the two options.

I'm allergic. May I join?

You are of course welcome to join and eat what you can. Most taste buds can adapt to the most common allergies, but unfortunately this is not something we can guarantee. Be sure to ask the staff, then you are sure of what the food contains.

I can not find my order confirmation.

The ticket, order confirmation and receipt are automatically sent to your email address a few minutes after purchase. If you do not find the email in your inbox, feel free to take a look at the spam. If you do not find it there either, contact us and we will help you.

You do not need to print the ticket or the order confirmation - you just show it in the Moveat app.

I have been prevented! What am I doing?

The ticket is not personal, so you can give it away or sell it. Unfortunately, a Moveat ticket is non-refundable.

Which order should I choose?

You choose the tempo and order of the different taste stops. In the app you can see the current menu and plan your route. And it is of course perfectly fine to change the route at any time. Let the mood and taste decide!

Moveat Original has a fixed starting point, then you decide the remaining taste stops in any order. Moveat Limited sometimes has a specific starting point, other times not.

How do I get around?

We recommend walking, but you can of course get around to the different taste peaks just the way you want.

Where does my Moveat start?

Moveat Original have a specific starting point, then visit the other tasting stops in any order. The starting point is clearly marked in the Moveat app.

Moveat Anytime start where you want. Moveat Limited sometimes has a specific starting point, other times not. Please check the respective events for more info.

How should I dress?

Dress for the weather.

What is After Moveat?

At some events we have an After Moveat. After Moveat is the taste stop we recommend choosing as the last stop. There it is often possible to stay a little longer, have fun with other Moveat participants, and enjoy a good drink to music from DJs.

I have a dog or stroller. Can I bring them?

Absolutely! All the contributing taste buds still have slightly different frameworks and rules, so in some places you may have to put your dog or pram outside. If you want to know exactly how it is, you can of course contact the individual player.

The Moveat app

Do I have to download the Moveat app?

Yes, the app is an important part of your Moveat experience. In the app, you set up the route you want, you see which tasting stops are included, and what is served at each location. In the app you also have your ticket, and you get a good overview of future Moveats. After each Moveat, you collect points, which, among other things, give you a discount on future tickets.

At least one person in your company must have the app downloaded to their phone, but you will get the best experience if everyone has it.

Where can I find my ticket?

It automatically appears in your Moveat app, if you log in to the app with the same email address that you used when buying tickets. Do you use a different email address in the Moveat app, or has someone else bought the ticket for you? Then you can add the ticket manually in the app, by entering your unique ticket number. click on Add purchased ticket, which you will find under the tab Tickets in the Moveat app. Your unique ticket number is in the order confirmation from us.

How do I add a ticket to the app?

If you are the one who bought the ticket, it will automatically appear in the app, if you have logged in with the same email address that you used when you bought the ticket. Do you use a different email address in the app, or has someone else bought the ticket for you? Then you have to add the ticket manually, by entering your unique ticket number under the tab Tickets. You will find your ticket number in the order confirmation from us. Be sure to enter the ticket number in the correct format, and make sure that you do not confuse a zero with the letter "o", for example.

I'm having trouble logging in!

For those of you who have previously been logged in to the app:

  1. Check that you have the latest version of the Moveat app on your phone. Launch the app and select the "Log in" option, which you get by pressing the ticket or profile tab.
  2. Log in by entering your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can get a new one by selecting "Forgot your password?".
  3. If you choose to reset the password, you will receive an email from us within a few seconds. If you do not find this email, it is probably in the spam. Remember that many mail accounts have several different folders for spam, which can be called anything from "Spam" to "Unwanted" to "Advertising" or "Campaigns". Some of these folders require you to use a computer to access them.
  4. If you have gone through all the spam folders and still can not find any mail from us, you probably do not have an existing Moveat account. Then select "Create account" and follow the instructions below.

 

For you who have not been logged in to the app:

  1. Check that you have the latest version of the Moveat app. Launch the app and select the "Create account" option, which appears when you tap the ticket or profile tab.
  2. Create an account by entering your email address and select a password.
  3. The last step is that you need to verify that you own your email address, by clicking on a link that is emailed there. If you do not find this email, it is probably in the spam. Remember that many mail accounts have several different folders for spam, which can be called anything from "Spam" to "Unwanted" to "Advertising" or "Campaigns". Some of these folders require you to use a computer to access them. Once you have verified your email address, return to the Moveat app. You are now logged in.

Can the entire company's tickets be in my app?

For the best experience, we recommend that everyone in the company download the Moveat app. Everyone in the company can manually add their own tickets to their respective phones, by choosing Add ticket under the tab Tickets. If someone e.g. do not have a phone, or do not want to download the app, it is of course perfectly fine to have several tickets in one and the same app.

If you have bought more than one ticket with the same email address, all tickets will appear in your app, as long as you log in to the app with the same email address that you provided when purchasing the ticket. When someone your company manually adds a ticket (which you have purchased) to their own app, you can see this by tapping the icon similar to a QR code (you will find this icon at the top right when you are inside your current ticket). Under the respective QR codes, you can see which person / email address uses the ticket.
