Terms & Integrity

General terms

Moveat always strives to practice good business practice and to the greatest possible extent fulfill our customers' wishes.

The terms below describe your rights and obligations when you enter into an agreement with Moveat

Terms of sale
The terms of sale apply to Strömma Norway VAT: 995 023 741 hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the customer, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer. The terms apply from the moment the Buyer enters into an agreement with the Seller by placing an order with the Seller via moveat.co, the Moveats app, in writing, via e-mail and / or orally.

Prices
All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include VAT. Confirmed order is not price adjusted. Seller reserves the right to make typographical errors.

Payment terms
Payment for products ordered from the website or Moveats app is done easily and securely via Stripe. Orders made in writing, via e-mail or orally, are invoiced with a 20-day payment deadline, unless otherwise agreed.

Exchange, repurchase and canceled event
A booking can be canceled until payment has been made. The Act on cancellation does not apply to the purchase of event tickets if the provider has reserved the event for a specific day or a specific time period, Chapter 2, Section 11 of the Distance Contracts Act. Once payment has been made, the Buyer is therefore bound by his purchase, unless otherwise stated in these terms or follows from relevant legislation.

Purchased tickets are not refundable, except if the event is canceled. In such cases, the Buyer shall, no later than one (1) month from the date the event was to take place, communicate his claim for repayment to the Seller. If this does not happen, the Buyer is not entitled to a refund. This applies both to canceled events, and in cases where the ticket is canceled and the Buyer has been entitled to a refund. In the event of a canceled event, any service and distribution fees will not be refunded.

Lost ticket will not be reimbursed. The buyer is responsible for checking via moveat.co that the event has not been canceled or moved.

A ticket is not personal, so a Buyer who will not use a purchased ticket, has the right to resell it.

Participating actors
The list of participating actors is only preliminary, until the date of the relevant event. Seller reserves the right to make any changes to this.

Gift certificate
The seller offers the purchase of gift cards via no.moveat.co. The gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase, and the validity period for a specific gift card can be checked by contacting the Seller via hei@moveat.co.

After purchasing a gift card, a voucher is delivered with a unique gift card code to the email address specified at the time of purchase. This gift card code is a security *. Lost code will not be replaced.

The gift card can be used as payment or partial payment of tickets for optional Moveat in Norway, with the exception of tickets where alcohol is included in the price. The gift card can be redeemed at no.moveat.co or in the Moveat app. A gift card cannot be redeemed for cash, nor can it be fully or partially repurchased.

Force Majeure
The Seller is not liable for damages or losses that have their cause in circumstances beyond the Seller's reasonable control. Seller is further exempt from compensation and other consequences if fulfillment of the seller's obligation under the agreement is hindered by circumstances the seller could not reasonably control or anticipate, and if consequences Seller could not reasonably avoid or prevent. Examples of such circumstances may be war, government intervention, government regulations, unrest, restrictions on energy supply, labor market disruptions or bans.

If circumstances of the above type occur, the time of the seller's performance is moved until the obstacle can be avoided. If the performance is prevented as stated above within more than three months, the Seller may deviate from the agreement without liability for damages or other liability for damage or loss.

Changes to the general terms and conditions
Seller has the right to change the content of these general terms and conditions at any time.

Adaptation of the agreement
If part of this agreement proves to be invalid or unenforceable, the other parts of the agreement shall still apply. Norwegian law shall be applied in the interpretation and adaptation of the agreement. Any disputes shall be settled with the district court as the first instance.
